This fantastic recipe is a take on an Indonesian classic. Made with fresh ginger and turmeric, this drink packs a nutritional punch and helps boost immunity.
Ingredients
- Fresh Turmeric – 125 grams
- Fresh Ginger – 20 grams
- Black Pepper – a pinch
- Lemon – 2 tablespoons
- Honey – 2 tablespoons (or other sweetener)
- Water – 4 cups
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till the ginger and turmeric is mostly disintegrated.
- Strain out the juice and serve over ice.
