Good ingredients inspire recipes. We love to show off when a member of the Farmizen community shows their appreciation towards the food the farmers grow with so much love. We recently listed a batch of avocados from Narayan Reddy’s farm. Inspired by the quality of the fruit this Farmizen subscriber – @veganosaurus has put together this amazing recipe for an avocado dip that is to die for!

So my last bunch of avocados from @farmizenofficial had a very local-nati feel. They had such a depth of flavour, I was totally inspired to make a savoury dip/spread with them!
.
Even before I started to put it together, I knew I wanted to share this super simple recipe with you all, so I didn’t use any of the fancy ingredients I normally love putting into my dips and spreads. 😊 No nooch, no tamari, nothing. Everyone should be able to make this wholesome, creamy goodness and enjoy it! 🤤
Ingredients
Pulp of 3 Small Avocados
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
2-3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Amchoor (Dry Mango) Powder
Pepper
Salt
Water
Method
- Blend everything together, adding enough water (a little at a time) till you get a fluffy, creamy consistency.
- Taste and adjust flavours to your liking
- Store in an airtight box in the fridge.

Make sure you source really good avocados for this! I’ve become a huge fan of the ones from Farmizen. I’ve ordered thrice from them and each time I’ve got a different variety of avocado. All yum in their own unique way. Unfortunately they’re only available occasionally so you need to keep an eye out and order.
